Something I'm working on as a study, I did the face separately and the hair on another layer cause hair is harder to paint and I don't want to be erasing the face. I'll update this as it goes, I think I'll paint a guy in there too.

Super Metroid Fan Art

For fun I did a fan art of Super Metroid after finishing it again recently. The line work is by pen and the colour is done in water colours, the bg and some effects are done in photoshop.

Daft Girl Edit

Following some suggestions on ConceptArt.org, I fixed up this piece, made her more feminine and fixed some issues with feet, also added a little more color to the body. CA is a great place for advice and critiques.
