So I really liked the new Batman movie and decided to paint a fan art of Bane, this was done in 2.5 hours with various texture brushes in Photoshop.

Here is my 2012 demo reel, took me a while to get stuff together because I've been working outside the animation industry in a completely other spectrum (construction) but hopefully I'll be able to land an animation job with this.

I rarely post sketchbook stuff but I thought these portraits were interesting despite Alex on the right is riding the line of caricature.

Yeah it's fun to paint weird creatures, this is a bug frog. I cropped out my badly drawn spider legs.

Film Trailer

A trailer for my fourth year film. Music taken from the album Power by Boys Noize in this trailer. Actual film has a great score done by the talented Dylan Freed!

Here is a scene from my movie, its a makeshift tape recorder. I painted this thing all in Photoshop and then touched it up in after effects for color correction and lighting.

Creature Roar Animation

This was probably inspired by the game Dead Space. Gave this guy some static movements and twitches along with a shiver as he roars for flavor.
