I rarely post sketchbook stuff but I thought these portraits were interesting despite Alex on the right is riding the line of caricature.

Yeah it's fun to paint weird creatures, this is a bug frog. I cropped out my badly drawn spider legs.

Despite the lack of artistic updates last year I am going to try to make better use of this blog in 2012.
